This webinar from ENISA, 'Cybersecurity skills - Using the European Cybersecurity Skills Framework to sustain cybersecurity workforce', aims to highlight how ENISA will support efforts to build a cybersecurity workforce using the European Cybersecurity Skills Framework. Taking place on 5 April 2022, 10:00 – 12:00 CET, the webinar will be streaming live on ENISA’s YouTube and will be recorded. During the webinar, attendees will learn a basic knowledge of the European Cybersecurity Skills Framework (ECSF); how different organisations will use the Framework, and what happens next regarding the ECSF. 

The ECSF aims to encourage understanding of the roles, competencies, skills, and knowledge needed to address the skills gap in cybersecurity, by and for citizens, employers, and training providers across the EU Member States. The ECSF will also support in the further facilitation of cybersecurity-related skills’ recognition and the design of training programmes for skills and personal career development.
