The sixth episode of the Digital Skills Talks, an online series hosted by the Digital Skills and Jobs Platform, will explore the importance of digital skills for SMEs in achieving the goals set by the EU Digital Decade. Only 57.7% of SMEs in Europe have achieved a basic level of digital intensity (DESI 2024), falling short of the Digital Decade Target, which aims for over 90% of SMEs to reach this level. To meet this goal, significant efforts are required. Integrating digital skills into SME operations is crucial for accessing new markets and adapting to the rapid changes of the digital revolution.
