Following the 2021 legislative package to regulate Europe’s most innovative artificial intelligence technologies, the POLITICO flagship AI and Tech Summit looks at where global policymakers, tech leaders and civil society representatives stand one year on. 

Taking place in Brussels and online on 21 April 2022, 8:55 – 17:55 CET, the event comes as the debates around key legislative files such as the Data Act and the Digital Services Act (DSA), data protection, as well as international cooperation in AI development and how to harness the potential of AI, continue. These themes will be discussed among key actors in AI and tech development around the world during the Summit.
