This project brings together Public Libraries 2030, EBLIDA, and PiNA to develop an approach that helps public libraries and librarians learn about EU initiatives and programmes and access EU funding. As public libraries are the first port of call for many adult learners, this project aims to help develop libraries’ capacities to be forward-looking adult education learning centres. The project partners support public libraries by organising webinar series, mentoring and group coaching, as well as through the development of a training methodology, a workbook, a collection of good practices, and policy recommendations for EU funding of public libraries.Conference programme11:30 - 11:45: Introduction of the RL:EU project (in person and live-streamed)11:45 – 12:30: EU frameworks and programmes on digital literacies and Table discussions (in person and live-streamed) Part 1: EU frameworks and tools to foster and evaluate digital competences followed by a table discussionPart 2: EU programmes supporting digital upskilling: CERV and Erasmus+ followed by a table discussion12:30 – 13:30: Lunch and networking13:30 – 14:30: Living Library of EU projects on digital literacies in libraries (in person and online)14:30 – 15:00: Wrap-up and lessons learnt (in-person and online) 15:00: NetworkingWho is this event for?
