Future Work

The artificial intelligence career tool “Future Work” was developed within the framework of the Latvian Education Accelerator of the World Economic Forum with the aim of modernizing career education in Latvian secondary schools. The project was developed in close cooperation with industry experts. Its authors are ERDA Group and IMUM, while the main supporter is Latvenergo, and the partner is Riga TechGirls.

With the help of artificial intelligence, the platform combines real-time labour market data with a science-based career selection methodology, linking the student's professional interests (Holanda code) with the most in-demand professions in Latvia.

Why is this a good practice?
