Coursedot - IT Training Concierge for Corporates
Coursedot is a Bulgarian private company, offering training service for corporates, which consists of a network of over 3000 freelance information technology (IT) instructors who communite in the Coursedot Instructor Hub, as well as a partner network of over 400 IT training providers. The aim of the training initiative is to provide corporate executives and businesses with a full IT training portfolio, tailor-made according to each company's individual context so they can develop upskilling programmes.
Structure of the initiative
The Coursedot initiative is based on 3 main pillars: the delivery of effective training, strategic sourcing, and training administration. Through strategic sourcing, partner companies can benefit from access to a wide collection of training offers and workshops, including tailored advice, selection of offers, and management. The training delivery is structured according to several key stages: gathering information on training needs, analysing provider options and choosing selected courses for upskilling and reskilling, and on-site training delivery.
The face-to-face programme is managed by Coursedot on behalf of the partner company, and Coursedot is responsible for coordinating the travel accommodation, labs and technical infrastructure, or any other training materials or needs of employees. Coursedot also works with a variety of established providers to offer a certificate upon successful completion of the training programme, as a recognised learning activity. Through this approach, Coursedot contributes to improving the talent pool of workers with digital skills and offers a practical solutions to skills matching for companies with time constraints.
