This 4-weeks MOOC has been designed in the framework of DigiMood project, which is aimed at developing innovative and interdisciplinary educational modules in “Digital Entrepreneurship for the Creative Industries. The MOOC will focus on data-driven methods and how those are changing the creative industry sector. It will provide students with with knowledge on how to exploit these new ways to reach informed decisions, as well as exploiting big data, data science and machine learning over information about products or customer behavior.
Among the main topics of the programme of the course there are:
- Data-driven methods changing creative industries
- Data visualizations meant to obtain results and insights
- Interactive Narratives basics to design and develop consistent scenarios for fashion brands.
The course addresses students who need new skills able to embrace AI in their methods and to master coding skills to cope with the size of the information to be represented in new creative industry practices.
This MOOC has an estimated effort of 1-2 hours per week. Everyone who successfully completes the course by answering correctly to at least 60% of the questions by the end of the edition will be able to access a Certificate of Accomplishment.
