Connecting Women in Technology (CWiT) is a network of Irish based technology companies who all have a shared goal to support the development of women in the technology industry in Ireland. Founded by Accenture, Dell and Microsoft in 2009, the network now spans over 20 leading multinational technology companies, who all collaborate to attract, promote and encourage women in STEM careers.

Through the Education and Early Career pillars, CWiT support and run a number of programmes aimed at encouraging young females to understand what a career in a technology company looks like and the many opportunities available to them by studying a STEM subject.
