A pioneer methodology: inclusion and technology

The project is based on a rigorous and flexible methodology, adapted to the diversity of profiles:

  • Flexible training itineraries: Modules are offered ranging from the basic to the advanced level, including key areas such as artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, digital accessibility, Contact Centers, WordPress, or Web Development.

Why is this a good practice?

Verified impact: transformation and competitiveness

Digital Talent for All is a model that demonstrates how inclusive training generates a significant improvement in the employability, autonomy and quality of life of people with disabilities and vulnerable groups.

  • Breaking barriers: Through accessible itineraries and individual accompaniment, we are generating real opportunities for insertion in ordinary companies, reversing the historical exclusion from work.
  • Unique added value: The active participation of people with disabilities in the design and testing of digital solutions (co-creation)is invaluable. No one better than them to validate the usability and accessibility of products and services.
  • Competitiveness engine: From an economic perspective, the programme contributes to reducing the scarcity of technological profiles that limits business growth, positioning itself as a strategic lever for national competitiveness.
  • Mass awareness: The dissemination of the program has generated a wide-ranging social awareness, reaching more than 42 million people through media and events, highlighting the importance of diverse talent and digital accessibility.
