Introducing a Skills Narrative Framework for Fair and Future-Oriented Workforce Matching
Talent360Global pledges to advance a new methodology for competency-based workforce matching that moves beyond traditional CVs, experience letters, and static qualifications.

About our pledge
At the core of our contribution is the development and promotion of a Skills Narrative Framework—a structured, explainable, and secure way to assess individual capabilities in relation to evolving job requirements.
This approach enables:
Job seekers to present their skills through a guided, AI-supported narrative that is free of charge, inclusive, and verifiable
Hiring processes to become more transparent, secure, and aligned with future skill needs
A shift from rigid, experience-based selection to adaptive, skills-first hiring models
While the Skills Narrative will form a central part of our AI-driven recruitment system, all job seekers will access this tool free of charge, as the recruitment process will be financed by hiring companies under standard market practices.
Initially focused on Germany and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, our long-term goal is to expand this skills-based model globally, contributing to the creation of a trusted infrastructure for digital labour mobility and inclusive workforce development.
This pledge directly supports the EU’s Digital Decade objectives by:
Enhancing access to inclusive digital skills recognition
Facilitating cross-border skills-based mobility and employment
Strengthening the ecosystem for fair, AI-supported labour market innovation
Talent360Global offers this pledge in good faith, as part of a collaborative vision for building a more equitable and digitally skilled Europe.
Initiative: Skills Narrative Pilot Programme (2025–2026)
As part of this pledge, Talent360Global will implement a pilot initiative from 2025 to 2026 to deploy and validate the Skills Narrative Framework in real-world hiring environments.
We commit to:
Training at least 300 individuals (job seekers, career changers, and youth) through digital and in-person workshops on building and applying skills narratives
Collaborating with a minimum of 30 companies across Germany and the GCC to integrate skills narratives into their hiring pipelines
Offering the full skills narrative experience free of charge to job seekers, including those from underrepresented or non-linear career backgrounds
Publishing a public-facing summary toolkit and evaluation report on the framework's impact and scalability
This initiative is designed to lay the foundation for ethical, AI-enabled, and skills-first recruitment practices—empowering individuals while helping employers hire more fairly and effectively.
