Codam Coding College is the Netherlands' only peer-to-peer coding school, focused on training tech talent with an emphasis on adaptability, autonomy, and inclusivity. As part of the 42 network, Codam seeks to reshape education and address the demand for diverse programmers. With a firm belief that education should be accessible to everyone, Codam is addressing the digital skills gap with its innovative approach.

Codam's Pledge for Digital Skills

Codam has pledged to graduate 25,000 skilled students annually through its inclusive and free education program, open to all individuals, regardless of their background, qualifications, or prior experience.

The college offers a peer-to-peer, hands-on learning environment that encourages curiosity, determination, and self-driven learning. No formal diploma is required to begin the program, challenging traditional educational models and enabling learners to develop the skills needed for success in the tech industry. Through this pledge, Codam aims to build a more diverse and capable workforce that meets the ever-growing demands of the digital economy.
