The Interoperable Europe (IOPEU) Academy’s online courses are created to support all who want to expand their knowledge on interoperability, with the main focus on public servants actively engaged in digital transformation. Learners can start with easy introductory courses and go on to more advanced courses on semantics, legal, technical or organisational interoperability.

Learners can begin by taking the Interoperability: An introductory course in order to grasp the basic concepts of interoperability. To deepen understanding, learners can explore the European Interoperability Framework (EIF) Online Training to learn the 47 recommendations for designing interoperable public services.

30 eLearning courses

The IOPEU Academy eLearning is a space compiling 30 courses to help learners boost their digital skills in the area of interoperability in the public sector. The courses are meant for everyone interested in interoperability, but specially targeted to public servants engaged in digital transformation in order to support policy, service delivery and impact evaluation.
