The ASTI Robotics Challenge is a free competition to develop STEM talent and empower the new generation of leaders in the field of collaborative mobile robotics.
Taking the Project Based Learning (Do It Yourself) culture as a methodological approach, participants build a mobile robot, communicate their projects and compete in a final tournament where they face different challenges.
The ASTI Robotics Challenge allows skills in technology, programming and robotics to work in the classroom, as well as developing skills such as project management, entrepreneurship, innovation and creativity.
Objectives
- Inspire and empower the next generation of leaders in collaborative mobile robotics.
- Develop computational education in Spain and the promotion of STEM vocations.
- Collaborate with teachers, schools and universities on robotics, programming and digital education for the learning of enabling technologies in Industry 4.0.
Prize
- All teams competing in the final challenge on 6 May 2023 will receive up to EUR 100 to finance the construction of their robot. They will also be able to obtain technology prizes, access to internships or cash cheques.
