Intergenerational Exchange & Mentorship for Digital Inclusion

In today’s rapidly changing digital world, the ability to use technology has gained increased importance. With many public services now available online, and many more are being digitised, it is clear that not everyone has the same chances or skills to use them. In particular, seniors and older people often face more challenges as they transition to digital-only use of services and tools.
Event details
This event is online and takes place on 23 April 2025 from 10:00 to 12:00 EET. It is organised in the context of the Nordic-Baltic project “Bridging the Digital Gap through Reverse Mentorship” , which developed and piloted a reverse mentorship framework in Lithuania, with the intent to extend it throughout the Nordic-Baltic region in the future. This initiative aims to enhance digital literacy among both youth and seniors, bridging the generational divide by fostering safe, trustful, and supportive intergenerational relationships and communities.
