On 25-26 February joint the project EAGLE Cbercrime, Cyber Threats and cybersecurity course. This two-day training provides an overview of cybercrime and cybersecurity, focusing on how cyber threats develop and how they can be identified. Participants will explore key cybersecurity management concepts, legal frameworks, and organizational responsibilities.
Through real-world examples and practical exercises, including risk assessments, incident management simulations, and phishing awareness activities, attendees will gain a better understanding of cybersecurity risks and response strategies. The training also emphasizes cybersecurity hygiene and employee preparedness to help organizations strengthen their security measures.
Day 1:
Cybersecurity and data privacy: concepts and definitions.

- Recognizing vulnerabilities and hybrid threats.
- The role of managers in cybersecurity and communication with employees.
- Internal documents and organizational security measures.
- Assessing employee readiness to respond to cyber threats.
Day 2:
- Managing cyber incidents and the importance of incident reporting.
- Handling crises caused by cyberattacks and the role of responsible disclosure.
- Overview of institutions responsible for cybersecurity and examples of sanctions.
- Practical phishing exercises and risk assessment simulations.
