Sustainable Futures: Green and Digital Skills Transition

On 20 November join the workshop "Sustainable Futures: Green and Digital Skills Transition" organised by the European Federation for Welding, Joining and Cutting (EWF). The workshop is organised as part of the European Year of Skills and will centre on the significance of green and digital skills in enabling the advanced manufacturing industry to navigate the Twin Transition toward a more sustainable future in European and global contexts. 

The discussions will revolve around sharing best practices in advanced manufacturing education and training, focusing on two key themes:

  • Green Labeling for Education and Training - Advocating for VET organizations to embrace greener education practices.
  • Adopting Innovative Digital Tools - Exploring new opportunities and mindsets by integrating cutting-edge digital tools.

This event will convene representatives from education and industry across 30 European countries, including EWF member nations.
