AI in Business

AI in Business is a short course on Artificial Intelligence (AI) by Agoria, the federation for the Belgian technology industry, designed for workforce in small and medium sized entreprises (SMEs).

The online course is suitable for both managers and employees and aims to equip learners with a foundational understanding of the impact of AI on different industries and encourage them to start embedding AI methods within organisational strategy. 

Structure of the course

This self-paced course is structured in the form of an interactive map, which is also flexible: each module exists independently, giving a chance to organisations to select topics and areas of interest for business development. The course takes around 4 hours to complete and explores applications of AI across key industry sectors, such as healthcare, infrastructure, energy, insurance, and others.

AI in Business offers more than 30 practical use cases and video testimonials to provide organisations and SMEs with practical guidance on getting started with AI, aiming to promote and stimulate the uptake and understanding of AI within a business context. The course also explores the links between AI and other technologies, such as deep learning and robotics. AI in Business is free of charge, available in English, French and Dutch, and upon successful completion learners receive a free certificate.
