Public eServices (MERIT)
The learning content of the Public eServices course focuses on people-centric design, trust and transparency. Other aspects reviewed include the use of practical frameworks for continuous improvement and responsible innovation.
This course is developed by Riga Technical University as part of the MERIT project, and funded under the DIGITAL Europe Programme of the European Union. MERIT aims to aims to create an educational ecosystem for training digital specialists by bringing together universities, industry partners, research centres, and technology organisations.

The course builds a systems view of digital public services, showing how user experience, operations, data, governance, and technology together shape reliable and fair outcomes.
