National Coalitions

The Danish Digital Skills and Jobs Coalition (‘DSJC Danmark – for digitale kompetencer og job’) is a multi-stakeholder alliance focused on tackling the digital skills gap, promoting life-long learning, and communicating ways of real-life practices and usage of offerings, services, and resources. In 2018 the Danish IT Society (Dansk IT) and its Committee for Digital Competences made the commitment to be connection point for the Danish National Coalition.

The Danish IT Society is currently responsible for coordinating the Coalition's contributions, initiatives, activities, and projects on digital skills and careers in emerging as well as ‘old’ digital technologies. Over the years the National Coalition has developed and gathered a number of times. Members of the Coalition are individuals or representatives of Academia, the education sector, industry, public and not-for-profit sector with the mission to unite, strengthen and develop the skills and expertise of IT Users and IT Professionals in Denmark and to promote and support IT in areas where it creates value for the Danish society.
