European Blockchain Skills Strategy (2022) - CHAISE
New technologies and digital innovations are gradually reshaping many sectors. Blockchain technology in particular has been proliferating into different industries and functional roles over the last few years, causing a significant impact on the current job market.
The main mission of CHAISE as a Sector Skills Alliance is to tackle blockchain skills shortages and to develop a strategic approach to blockchain skills development in Europe. The project is also committed to delivering future-proof training solutions to respond to the current and future skill needs of the European blockchain workforce.
The main aim of this report is to propose a Skill Strategy that would meet the needs of the 21st century. It addresses what to teach (which skills), to whom (identifying the stakeholders), and how (strategies and action plans).
