SELFIE Self Assessment Tool for Teachers

SELFIE for Teachers is a self-assessment tool by the European Commission that help teachers assess and upgrade their digital skills, and ultimately gain know-how to improve teaching and learning practices. Based on the European Framework for the Digital Competence of Educators (DigCompEdu), SELFIE gives teachers a clear picture of their strengths and identifies weak areas that should be improved to boost one's personal and professional development. 

The tool is structured in the form an online questionnaire, in which teachers answer a set of questions on their digital teaching practices, while the tool generates a tailored report. The report highlights areas for improvement and suggests practical next steps. SELFIE for Teachers can be used on one's own - or together with colleagues to discuss results and plan learning goals together.
