CORA x COM³ has developed a comprehensive training model on priorities and policy needs that aims at strengthening and empowering local and regional authorities. Moreover, it provides business support to organisations by creating an advanced digital environment that benefits their citizens and businesses. The training model is designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of their level of experience or education. It is particularly focused on supporting individuals and organizations in rural areas of Europe, where access to training and education can be limited.

The Modules

The modules are divided into four sections for purpose: deploy and finance the digital infrastructure, ensure that everyone can fully participate in the digital economy and society, enhance the living quality and attractiveness of rural areas through digital services, and enhance the tech-readiness of rural businesses. In addition, infographics accompany all the modules to provide insights on each of topic.
