Master’s Degree in Cyber Security by EIT Digital

EIT Digital Master School and SPECTRO offer two-year certified and customizable double degree programme in Cyber Security allowing to study at two top-tier universities in different European countries. The double degrees blend technical expertise with entrepreneurial experience and mindset.

The diversified master's programme is designed to give a general overview of the role that cybersecurity plays in creating a safe and inclusive digital society. It also equips with practical skills in ethical hacking, blockchain technologies, and quantum cryptography.

Student profile

Cybersecurity Master’s programme is open to applicants with either a Bachelor of Science degree or who are in their final year of study in:

  • Computer Science
  • Information Systems
  • Mathematics
  • Electrical Engineering

Applicants with reasonable knowledge of the fundamentals of computing and information sciences and technologies may also be considered. In some circumstances, relevant work experience may compensate for a lack of relevant degree. If you have such work experience, make sure to include it in your letter of motivation.

About SPECTRO

This Master's programme is developed within the EU funded project Specialized Education Programmes in Cybersecurity and Robotics (SPECTRO). This initiative is set to develop two dual-degree master’s programmes and standalone learning modules in two key digital fields: Cybersecurity (this one) and Robotics. These programmes, including a minor in Innovation and Entrepreneurship, will be delivered by a consortium of 12 universities from 7 countries, 2 innovative SMEs, a leading Information Systems research center, and EIT Digital, a pan-European expert in digital skill.
