University of Valencia Master's Degree in Web Technology, Cloud Computing and Mobile Applications
The University of Valencia's (UV) Master's Degree in Web Technology, Cloud Computing and Mobile Applications aims to equip students with the skills, knowledge, and competences required to have a career and support their research ambitions in modelling, designing, implementing, evaluating and managing network services, mobile applications and cloud computing. Alongside this, students will gain knowledge on the new trends and current research areas in this field.
This Master's Degree is an updated version of the Master's Degree in Services and Web Applications Engineering which has been taught since the 2007-2008 academic year at the UV. This programme focuses on advanced content in mobile applications and on virtualisation and cloud computing interwoven with other content specialised in the development of Web applications and network-distributed services.

This Master's degree offers 60 ECTS credits upon successful completion and is taught in the evening with an emphasis on practical application. The course is offered to a maximum of 24 students per year and includes seminars taught by professionals in the field. Students who complete this programme can continue on to further studies with a Doctoral Studies Programme or go into an ICT career.
Requirements
This degree is aimed at graduates who hold previous degrees in:
- Informatics Engineering
- Multimedia Engineering
- Telematics Engineering
- Telecommunication Engineering (any branch)
- or Technical Engineers in Systems Data Processing
- as well as other related degrees in the area of Information and Communication Technologies.
Application forms will be analysed by the Academic Coordinating Committee (CCA) which will be the body responsible for setting the required training complements in case the contents / programming languages taught in the degree of origin do not allow to approach the Master with guarantee.
