No One Left Behind” is a national digital literacy initiative launched in late 2023 and led by Lithuania’s Communications Regulatory Authority (RRT). It aims to build an inclusive, digitally skilled society by reducing digital exclusion, especially among vulnerable and underserved groups.

The project, which started in 2023, runs in 6 countries: Bulgaria, Romania, Italy, Germany, Serbia and Switzerland. The program has succeeded in reaching over 2,200 children and wants to double that by 2030 and expand operations to a total of 10 countries.
