About Advanced Digital Skills Europe (ADSEU)
Welcome to Advanced Digital Skills Europe (ADSEU), dedicated to transforming, shaping, and paving the way for the future of advanced digital skills in Europe.
As part of the Digital Europe Programme (DIGITAL), ADSEU is a Coordination and Support Action (CSA) dedicated to empowering European education and training institutions in crafting advanced digital skills programs that meet the needs of the evolving workforce.
Thanks to the European Commission's substantial investment of €580 million under the DIGITAL Programme, ADSEU aims to foster the development of Advanced Digital Skills over 7 years. This funding will enable the design and delivery of specialised programs focused on crucial areas such as data and Artificial Intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, quantum computing, and High-Performance Computing (HPC). ADSEU's primary objective is to promote the practical application of advanced digital skills, ensuring that individuals have access to upskilling and reskilling opportunities by bridging the digital skills gap within European industries through research and education.
At the helm of the ADSEU platform is LEADS, driving the management and leveraging the expertise, values, and training programs of the SPECIALISED projects. LEADS is a facilitator and connector across various project portfolios, connecting the gap between key communities, initiatives, and fostering collaboration among industry stakeholders and demand generators. This inclusive approach extends to fostering connections with Digital Innovation Hubs, particularly SMEs and startups, to drive innovation and propel the growth of advanced digital skills in Europe.
